Self-love is all the rage right now and as obnoxious as it can be when people tell you you just need to “love yourself more,” there is some truth to that – if we can’t like ourselves it’s going to make it pretty darn hard to feel confident and good about who we are. And it also makes it much more likely for us to struggle with things like low self-esteem, happiness, and even finding joy in our lives.
Today, I am going to teach you about the most simple and straight-forward way to start liking yourself more that most of us completely overlook. And this has nothing to do with standing in the mirror and repeating to yourself a list of positive affirmations.
