Both social anxiety and feeling socially awkward can be frustrating when all we want is to feel comfortable being ourselves no matter where we are or who we’re with. The catch 22 is, the more we try to stop coming across as socially awkward or socially anxious, the more of them we become because we’re trying too hard to be someone we’re not.
