So often we fear speaking up because we don’t want to upset anyone, rock the boat, create tension or awkwardness in the relationship or because we don’t want it to turn into conflict or a fight. Becoming a great communication and issue resolver is about learning how to say what you want to say, and cleaning up your thoughts and feelings before you address the issue in order to keep the communication clear and classy.
