We’re going to talk about grief. Not the grief of losing a loved one, but the grief of losing something every single one of us has lost in the last month – our plans of how we thought our lives were going to go for at least the first half of this year. And although it may not be as serious as losing a loved one, it still hurts and it’s still hard and our brains may be having a hard time with it- and that’s okay. We’re also going to talk about how move forward in the midst of it all so we aren’t just stuck here living the same aimless day over and over again – kind of like our own groundhog day.
