When talking about to the kind of anxiety that is rooted in our anxiety provoking thoughts, this type of anxiety comes about because of 2 things coming together – an Anxiety Equation, if you will. You must experience both of these things in order to feel anxious. In this video, I talk about what these 2 parts of the Anxiety Equation are, and what we can do to start intervening and turning them around so that we can cope with anxiety and feel less anxious. And the best part is, we only really have to intervene with one of the 2 to decrease the impact anxiety has on our mental health and well being.
